About DC Access, LLC
DC Access is a wireless Internet service provider serving the Capitol
Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. Founded and located on Capitol
Hill, DC Access prides itself on the responsibility of being a Hill
neighbor. Our clients enjoy the convenience and accessibility of our
wireless and web-based services as well as personal and committed
customer service. At DC Access we provide local, affordable, and
friendly Internet.
Our History
In 1999, CEO Matt Wade was a computer-programming consultant frustrated
with his Internet service provider. Interruptions in service, slow
speed and even slower response from call-center customer service staff
prompted Wade to found the company. DC Access offers the benefits of
high-speed broadband with a distinguished reputation for providing
reliable, affordable service.
Today, DC Access serves hundreds of residential and commercial clients
throughout Capitol Hill.
